Customer Success Manager
Every day at Zender we’re helping our customers reach their audiences with live presented game shows on mobile, such as Qmusic’s daily liveshow Qwistet. We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to help Zender's growing list of customers reach their goals, and to make sure the various customer projects are managed successfully at Zender.
We’re looking for an experienced IT project manager who is used to working with customers, preferably in a B2B SaaS setting. The ideal candidate likes to build a lasting relationship with customers, and is passionate about the internal planning, task management and moving targets associated with project management.

As a successful first Customer Success Manager you’ll be the bridge between the customer and the development team.
Maximize each client’s potential for success by getting a clear idea of what makes the customer successful inside their organisation
Manage the work associated with customer projects
Build onboarding roadmaps listing tasks and milestones at both customer and Zender
Communicate clearly to all stakeholders about progress, milestones and delivery dates
Effective written and verbal communicator, both in English and in Dutch
Working knowledge of general software development to be able to manage workload properly
Strong project management and planning skills
Flexible when plans inevitably chance
Build rapport with customers
Work on a media and entertainment product used at massive scale
